With about 10 years of experience across operations, logistics, and continuous improvement, I specialize in turning inefficient environments into ones that actually work, which are often from the ground up. I've built the operational infrastructure of a $500K commercial recording studio, resolved longstanding inventory discrepancies across a 56,000 sq ft fine art facility, and designed workflow tools that colleagues adopted on their own because they made their lives easier.
My background spans commercial studio operations, fine art logistics, AI data analysis, improving communities, and project coordination. I recently added Scrum and Six Sigma certifications to my foundation and am actively building on both. What connects all of it is the same instinct: find what needs love and elbow grease, understand how to nurture it, build something better, and repeat.
After spending several years in the AI sector sharpening my data analysis skills, I pivoted to specialize in process improvement because it's what I've always done everywhere I go, and now I have the language and credentials to back it up.
